Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality upon Peter Lee of the Commonwealth of Australia
WHEREAS a petition has been presented to Us by Peter Lee for admission among Our subjects;
HAVING REGARD TO Royal Decree No. 3/2010 of 17 July 2010, which elucidates the process of Kaharagian naturalisation;
AND CONSIDERING Royal Decree No. 7/2022 of 5 April 2022, which provides a definition of Kaharagian nationality;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity and having duly considered the advice of Our counsel, do decree as follows:
Article I — Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights
1. The said Dr Peter Lee, born on 29 May 1967 in Port Kembla, New South Wales, Commonwealth of Australia, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.
2. The aforesaid Peter Lee shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.
Article II — Implementation and Enforcement
1. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this Decree.
2. The execution of this Decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically Our Secretary of State.
